Three flight delayed , canceled or mechanical issues. Took a day and half out of our vacation. It wasn't just one flight, but 3 and the worst was dealing with the customer service line/people to rebook once your flight is canceled. We stood there for 2.5 hours. The people were rude, slow, incompetent, unorganized and there was no management. The managers would call on the phone and talk to the workers, but not come down. The workers didn't care because they said they were getting overtime. They were awlful. I have never experienced anything like this is is Air Canada as a whole not just an issue with one flight. Do not take this airline!!!!
