“Don't waste your money”

Their advertisements claim to "never have to shave again", be "hair free", that is not the case. I'm embarrassed to say that I forked out $6,000 for my hair removal, but I thought I would never have to worry about hair again on those areas. After having 12 painful treatments, I am not hair free. I kept telling them at every appointment that I don't see good results & I'm afraid that I will waste my money. They kept assuring me that It'll be fine. They warned me at my first consultation appointment that any blonde hair would not go away. I understand that & what I have left is not blonde. At my last appointment they asked me what percentage my hair loss is, I said 80% they said that is the goal. What? That is NOT what was explained to me. They did not say that I would pay $6,000 for an 80% hair loss! I still have to shave"! If I'm going to spend that kind of money it better be better than that! So now if I want to go back for more treatments, I have to pay more money. Either their lasers are bad or their staff is. When I explain this to the "one in charge" she tells me that if I choose to come back & pay for additional treatments then tell them to increase the energy. Umm did they not increase the energy when I kept telling them that I'm afraid that I am wasting my money because I am not seeing good results??? I made the mistake & didn't look around at different places so I don't know what everyone else charges but it seems like this place is very overpriced & I got ripped off!
