Am extremely disappointed by the way Parcel2Go staff have handled my enquiries regarding my parcel which THEY have lost. Each time I have contacted the "live" chat to find the whereabouts of my parcel, they have showed total disinterest in trying to track down my parcel. I felt I was being fobbed off with excuses and empty promises. No one seemed to know what was going on and no one knew where my parcel was and it seemed like it would just be easier for them to say it was lost than put any effort into tracking it down. I have expressed my disappointment to their customer service, but no surprise there is no response. I did not insure my parcel and they seem to think that is my issue ... NO, the issue is their appalling customer service. (As an aside, they seem to think that by repaying my postage cost (which, by the way, I am STILL waiting for!) this is some sort of "goodwill" gesture - not sure how that is goodwill as THEY lost the parcel themselves through no fault of mine. Surely they should repay that postage regardless!) Will NEVER use their services or recommend their services to anyone. (If I could've given Parcel2Go a rating of zero stars - if possible.)
