Do you really have to give this Company a Star? 6 weeks no Solution. 4 no promised return telephone calls. Over 200+ minutes on hold . No show by engineer, even though the solutions dept. allocated an appointment slot.. No call or text to warn you. Charged by my utility provider for calls, even though D&G said it's free. Incompetent operators who were totally unaware of what was happening , confessed not to be trained to deal with the call in it's entirety like some and the best .... If your battery's dying after being on hold for 58 MINUTES why don't you try from another phone Madame !!!!... Keep well clear... SAVE your money.. If you need a repair employ a local tradesman. Don't think for one moment you will have peace of mind with this frustrating useless not fit for purpose company; who are very happy to take your money & with every call you make to them you're encouraged to insure even more items.... Think after 4 expensive ones I've learnt my lesson.
