rented from Europcar before but decided to give them another chance, picked a car up from france ,(perpignan airport) noticed fuel was 3/4 full, policy is full to full, went back to office reported the issue, no problem, just bring back 3/4 full, its ok. fine after my holiday I returned the car 3/4 full as advised,4 days later had a letter/ bill for £25.00 for fuel.
