I was sending a very important document.. came to Bethnal green post office, said that I've got an important document and I have to make sure it gets where it needs to. They asked whether its urgent, I said no, I still have time but I need a confirmation that they received it! The lady offered 1st class signed for delivery. Ok, they know better. After 3 weeks I decided to check if all went ok, thank god I kept the receipt! The status - still in process! I came to that post office, they tell me - you should've sent it by same day guaranteed delivery!... Oh I would if you'd told me so! The answer - Im sure we did tell you that! Now this is the responsibility of Royal mail.... Wonderful! Calling to Royal mail.. the answer - Sorry, your item is probably lost, we can't do anything, would you like to do a complain?.... what for?? just to loose my time and get nothing?.... so useless, unbelievable. Useless irresponsible service.
