I ordered the wall sticker on the 03.09.16, I was told it would be 7 day delivery. I chased this up a few times before getting an answer. The first I heard about the delivery was from Hermes on the 23.09.16. They sent me an email that the parcel was out for delivery.
So from the 03.09.16 to the 23.09.16 what happened why the delay?
The parcel then was shown on the Hermes tracking page delivered to shed, as I don't have a shed I was concerned. I had a slip through the door which shows left behind drain pipe. Both conflicting information but either way I don't have the parcel.
I contacted you the company 28.09.16 and they said they would raise a ticket with Hermes and should take 24 hours to 10 days. Because I had not heard anything I emailed them again on the 06.10.16. And a few more times since but now I'm
Been ignored. No offer of a replacement and won't refund my money! Just saying it's not their fault it's Hermes fault!! Either way I've paid for something I have not received and no one is helping!
I ordered this on the 03.09.16 it's now well over a month and I'm tired of chasing this up now.
