I personally would not advise anyone to use holiday gems. It is a absolute joke!
You do a holiday booking online and receive a holiday summary with a price but this is not the actual payment, it is just a 'good deal' to drag people in.
When the payment had been taken, me and my partner both was trying to get in contact with them to find out what was going on, it took 3 people to email the correct person to get them to give us a call and we heard nothing. ONce they have got your money they do not want to know you!

It would of been nice if they had stated on their website that it is a rough quote and there could be more charges.
