“Holiday Inn Ontario-Extremely Poor Customer Service”

My daughter and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Burlington, Ontario and it was the utterly worst stay I've ever had. Only one roll of toilet paper for two women, two towels for the whole stay, dirty sheets on the pull out couch and blood on the bed sheets when I turned down the blanket. Upon calling the manager and reporting to Head Office customer service I received "reward points". When I tried to redeem these points they told me that I couldn't use them on the next visitor to another Holiday Inn as the rules to use the points have to many limitations. So basically the "reward points" are garbage. I will be sure to let everyone know about the poor customer service from Head Office and of course will no longer take my personal or corporate business to ANY Holiday Inn again.
