“Bad advice and very poor service”

We applied for a family visa and was badly advised by Visalogic. The caseworker who dealt with our case was not particularly helpful and did not respond to our phone calls. Emails were responded to only after a few days. Perhaps it was a busy period but their client care letter indicated that response will be better than we experienced. Their advice was incorrect and as a consequence we were refused the family visa due to missing information. The frustrating thing was we had all the information and could have provided that if asked. The service was expensive and it has caused us more expense as we now have to wait for a period before reapplying. We are therefore very disappointed with Visalogic and will not recommend them to anybody else. Save your money and do your own homework and get success. We appealed to the director of Visalogic and he did not bother to contact us.
