Initial meeting with co-ordinator went well,although expensive agreed to proceed. After 6 weeks no interest so under pressure dropped price. Another 6 weeks still no interest, new photo's, dropped price again, still no interest, so decided to put my own 'apply within' on the sale board, next day knock on the door and people view. Came back for second viewing and bought. The buyer said they could not get hold of Express, so decided to knock on the door. When we came to finalising the sale she took over and did an exceptional job, if only the rest of Express had been this efficient.
