What we ordered. 750 of vouchers. 250 each of Amazon, Asda and Love2shop.
What we received. 450 love2shop, 200 Asda, 50 Amazon, 50 primary.

Upon ring in the PARK "careline", Kath (who refused to give a surname as she is the only Kath working for Park), informed us we were wrong and they have never done the orders we asked for as you cannot get love2shop vouchers or cards in 250 denominations.

Oddly we received a leaflet offering that amount.

Park refuse to exchange any gift cards or vouchers and only offer cheque refunds.

It is not lost on me that at no stage do the emails you receive confirm exactly what you ordered. I believe this enables park to chop and change people's orders as required.

Terrible service.
