Bought my scott scale from the lakeside branch & all the staff where friendly & helpful discussed a problem with the stopping power of another bike i own but didn't buy from evans & they where very helpful & would change the hydro disc on it if i bought it in,all staff seem very knowledgeable.and very helpful,its nice to talk to staff who have riding experience
