“Harassed is not a good enough word!”

Please be very aware of this agent!!!!!

He constantly bombarded me with emails, text messages & one email in particular that left me shocked & speechless.
His lack of customer service skills, rude & arrogant behaviour has lost him the commission on almost £10,000 that was spent between my family & 9 other family members on our xmas/new year holiday.
Not only has he lost this commission but Holiday Gems have lost out on the total sum plus any further money we all would spend by booking with them as usual.
Also after sending an email directly to him yesterday he had the audacity to contact me this morning to ask "would you like to make your booking now or are you using *are* (his incorrect grammar) website to just shop around". Now surely if he had read even one paragraph of my email he would have realised everything was already booked & therefore no business to be conducted between us.

Stunned, insulted, flabbergasted are a few words on how I'm feeling right now.
