We never complain but the room above us was making so much noise which went on for over 4 hours, so we asked was there anything that could be done. We thought maybe we could change rooms, but alias no the receptionist said he would have a quiet word as we want you to have a good nights sleep. Ok after he went to have a word I went back to bed and then there was a knock on our door, the receptionist stood there he said I had a word and I have brought the man with me as he wanted to speak with you. He was abusive and horrid with us. He said it was not him, ok his wife had fallen out of the bath but it was not him making a noise and what the heck were we doing to dare complain. Well I can tell you he made us suffer after that by banging even louder and dropping things on the floor heavy stuff. But how awful and upsetting and what a terrible thing to do and most importantly who the heck trained that receptionist at Travelodge. That is such bad customer service.I have sent them complaint letters but they don't reply back.
