“First time Insurance with BG ”

I would like to say that the custom that I received when setting up my policy was the best that I had been given by any insurance company over 35yrs of driving. Among them RAC, Admiral and Hastings to name a few! Loyalty did not count with these and each year the price just kept rising regardless of experience and no claims.
Your staff were friendly over the phone and also top marks for not keeping me waiting on the phone. Setting up the policy was simple and your staff very polite and clear to understand.
I will recommend any friends and family members to take out a policy with you, I hope to remain with you if the price is fair for my age and experience over the coming years.
Thank you for service, you should all take a pat on the back for the best service that I received. Well done.
