We were sold on Betta Living by the professional sales person who helped us design a kitchen we couldn't wait to have in our home.
That's where the good ends. We were told we'd receive the kitchen 4-6 weeks from order. When their surveyor visited he said 4-6 weeks from survey. We eventually received the kitchen over 2 months after survey. I called several times to enquire and was ultimately told by a manager that it would be worth the wait. No apology.
If only it were worth the wait. It arrived with several broken components. We are still waiting for replacements 3 weeks later.
We were not told at any stage that the kitchen had been designed for a 40mm worktop. Upon install it became apparent the drawers under the hob wouldn't function with a worktop any thinner. We have had to amend our already selected granite worktop at an expense of £1000.
Although the sales person suggested we use our builders to install he failed to mention it wouldn't come with any instructions whatsoever. I called BL multiple times to ask for assistance with install. I eventually reached the installations manager who informed me it wasn't his job to help non Betta Living installers. He couldn't/wouldn't even tell us which way a pair of pilasters should face. The overtime I've had to pay the installers has amounted to over £2000.
The original price quoted for the kitchen was great but all the issues have left it a very expensive, disappointing project indeed.
I would recommend NEVER doing business with this TERRIBLE company.
