for the past 2 months they have tried to take payment on the 12th which is the date it should go out for whatever reason it has failed even though there is funds in my account last month the lady i spoke to removed the £30 fee this month they wouldn't even though its clearly an issue there end as i have no problems with any other payments from my account so this month ive had to pay £245 like £215 a month isnt already enough they refused to remove the fee they said i would get a call to put a complaint in guess what still waiting !! AVOID although the young lad i spoke to did try to help it was the manager who refused to do anything
