Moved address and called premium choice to advise,was put on hold for 10 mins then call handler came back to me and said my insurance has had to be cancelled as they won't insure my new address (which is 10 miles away) they offered me alternative cover at 700.00 per year more than what I was paying previously. Having looked online I easily got a quote at the new address for the same price I was previously paying which Premium Choice were unable to match therefore cancelled my insurance and now want 98.00 in fees for the pleasure! When it is them who cancelled the insurance and we're unable to provide suitable alternative cover. This company are bullies and back customers into a corner leaving them with no option but to hand over your money!
