“Do not trust. ”

The Keter Borneo Garden box I ordered on 6 August and received on 9 August was damaged. I reported this immediately and was offered replacement parts. After six weeks this did not happen so i asked for a refund. I was told this was because parts were out of stock but they did offer a refund once goods were collected. This has proved very difficult for the company to organise It is now 10 weeks into the saga and the damaged box is still waiting to be collected. During this process I was asked to send photos of damaged parts, send photos of the box all packaged ready for collection and have done so immediately. The company however have failed to act in a similar manner. I have phoned, emailed and used their internal system at least thirty times. All calls go through to a call centre and representatives are always extremely apologetic but nothing happens and there seems to be no communications between cancellations and logistics. This morning I spoke to a manager as the box was supposed to be collected today (12 October) I was told this would now be friday. As you can imagine I was furious as i made special arrangements to be at home. Yet another excuse for deplorable service. I do not trust anything the company says and am not confident the box and the replacement parts which arrived yesterday (but in the wrong colour) will actually be collected. I have to have box collected to get a refund. i have bought lots of articles online and have never experienced such terrible customer service.
