I ordered some flowers for my mother in Vienna and I had given clear instructions to contact my sister as my mother is elderly and cannot come to the door. My sister was never called and the delivery simply left a note with an address to collect the flowers. When my sister when to the address for the next two days the place was closed! When I emailed FloraQueen to explain the problem and ask for a second delivery of obviously fresh flowers or cancel my order with a refund they denied both options. If you are an international company and take orders from the world you need to do a better try to make deliveries. Flowers are perishable and you cannot just send them back to a delivery company warehouse and let it sit there for 3 days before they decide to open. This is nothing short of a crime to me. Avoid this company at all costs.
