“Just stay away”

Bought many of things online that are "delivered" by Hermes. They have not once delivered to the correct address, and my house is on a main road and easy to find! They have delivered to the right number but on the wrong road so many times that if i get an email saying its delivered, i check round their house first! Its terrible! I am now getting myself into a habit of checking the courier that is delivering and if its Hermes i stay away from it. They are useless. My latest parcel is nowhere to be found even though they have emailed saying they delivered through the letter box. My advice is always check the courier before buying anything and if its Hermes just stay away if possible. Or get ready to walk around knocking on doors for your parcel.
