“Utter farce of a company and customer service”

I ordered equipment for my gym, to get delivered to my gym with the gym neame and address clearly displayed. I got a text saying to wait in between certain times for my package, which i did only to recieve another email saying that my package had been signed for and collected, by someone else entirely at a totally different address. After days of emailing back and forth asking where my package is and only getting ' It was Delivered and signed for at this time' as a response was of absolute no help, even after phoning and complaining and trying to get to the bottom of this i still haven't found out where my package is.

Package was ordered from Amazon, wouldn't use this company by choice.

Zero help or care whatsoever.
