“Admitted their Fault , But fail to correct it !”

Brought tickets for London show , late on Friday afternoon , for next day. Printed off quickly before leaving work. when arrived at venue , they had given me tickets for the day before . Of course I should of checked . So £140 down , and no show ! . Emailed on Monday , they admitted that it was their fault , but refused to do anything about it !! Zero customer service , wouldn't ever use again !
