“Hassle Free”

My dog cut his paw and needed stitches. My partner and I were about to go on holiday for 3 weeks so my family took him to the vets and were with him while he was on the mend. I filled out the forms when we got back and took them to the vets where they said they'd do everything else and send them off for me. 3 weeks later the money goes into my account and that was that. It was really good that we could claim retrospectively.
