“Hidden fees and poor service”

We booked a car in Malta using this hire company. We turned up at the hotel but the company hadn't processed the order within their 48 hour promise. We were offered another car but then we were hit with extra hidden charges. We tried to get these back through an ombudsman but to no avail. Really rubbish experience, use someone else
