This is the third time I have used jetparks and yet again I was pleased i accidently booked the wrong day for my return date as I forgot that I was returing after midnight which mean't it was a different date. Now, I was only charged £10 late fee when exiting the car park and that was very reasonable.
I did have an issue with the transfer bus as I hurt my hand when the doors in the middle section opened and jammed my hand as I was holding a pole near the door.. I did try and phone jetparks but no answer (2.30am though!!) I had to get my mum to drive me home I tried phoning the nest day but on hold for over 8 minutes each time which cost ME on my phone bill.
Jetparks get yourself sorted answer the phone and sort the safety on your transfer buses out!!!
