“Top Class Pet Insurance”

My 4 cats over the years have been covered by Petplan and I am so impressed with the service. There has never been any questions about payment, payment is always made very quickly - and its great now that the payment is paid directly into your bank account. I have always found when I have called the customer service desk I feel that I am being treated like a person and not just a number. I had to get my little cat put to sleep last year - he was 17 years old and I got a lovely letter from Petplan offering their condolences. I thought that was so nice and amazing that an insurance company would offer a personal touch like that. I recommend Petplan to anyone who has just got a pet as you really couldn't have a better company or policy covering your beloved pets. Thank you Pet Plan.
