CycleStore sent an item to wrong a wrong address:
They claim that "The address that we sent it to is the address that has come through from your PayPal account."
My Paypal account has no record of the address that the item was sent to. It only shows my home address.
(This is not due to someone hacking my Paypal account.)
My conclusion is CycleStore have IT problems in their website and this is combined with extremely poor customer service.
After about 10 emails the situation is - I have paid for the item which has been delivered to a house several miles away and they are refusing to refund what I paid. I'm still working on it, but I'm not optimistic I'll get the gloves or a refund. My advice to you is be very aware!
