Delivery service :announced as "free" with an european fake invoice, is sent with no information/authorization from USA instead and goes directly to customs
Customer service: inexistant (email and phone)
Automatic email answer assigns a "register number" and informs the client , he should go to the customs , pay and and falsely claims Biovea will reimbourse after the presentation of customs documents
2 months after sendind all the documents , multiple emails and calls (with an automatic answering machine..and no feedback) ,I 'm still waiting for the reimboursement
The site is a good one and lures you after that ,you wait months for the products, have to spend your time and money at customs and do NOT receive the promised reimboursement
