I had a kitchen including integrated appliances installed by Wren within the last few months and have had problems with a faulty washing machine that has been replaced once only to be faulty again. Even though all the appliances were bought and fitted by Wren they insisted that it was myself that had to contact the manufacturer to sort the issue. I now want a refund on the machine but have only been offered the price of the washing machine even though I have paid for fitting and have had the inconvenience of several visits and time in sorting the issue with the manufacturer that should have been done by Wren. Appalling company with none existent after sale customer service
