I have had a lot of difficulties dealing with yodel as a courier as i believe many people have and im not speaking alone , was promised for Monday, payed an extra 11 pound and now its Wednesday and still not arrived, i asked e buyer if they could ask yodel yesterday if i could collect and the service team from e buyer was amazing couldn't be more helpful, but it turned out that i wasn't able to collect my package due to yodel not allowing collections until after a failed delivery even when it was three days late, they went the extra mile and i really thank him for that as did all of them to make my life easier, and i couldnt say a bad word about any of them, a pleasure to be helped by and a credit to the company,the only thing holding this company back is yodel, iv never known such a bad courier service with no way of actually speaking to a human or anyone at the depot i would need to collect from, i wouldn't order from e buyer again due to the stress of yodel, actually i would but wouldn't bother paying the extra for delivery, but as i said customer service couldn't of been matched, when i got on the chat room with yodel i was cut off after asking for a refund but hey ho well done e buyer your great just change couriers
