“Appalling ! Steer clear ! Poor quality ! Late delivery ! ”

I ordered a personalised apron and cufflinks for my husbands birthday. Paid extra for the 24hour delivery, items arrived 3 days later. Badly packaged. Cufflinks were scratched. I contacted this company and they sent new cufflinks, they have arrived and one of the numbers on the engraving on the cufflinks is smudged ! The apron was such poor quality, it looks like it will fall apart. I have only just seen other reviews on here and wish I had seen them earlier. Seems to be consistently bad reviews. Awful company. Would never use again or recommend. The stats of satisfied customers on the website are clearly false statements and should be investigated !! It is very very cheap merchandise they are selling for high prices. Items were worth no more than 2 or 3 pounds at the most and they are selling for 20 each. Complete rip off site !! Be aware !!
