“Great Car Rental Deals & Helpful Staff”

We were travelling in Italy and booked one car through Rentalcars.com. When we realised the excess that the rental car company were going to charge us for a one-way trip from Milan to Rome, the representative I dealt with was extremely helpful and efficient in changing the booking.
It would have been good if the price originally shown had been the price including the one way excess, even given that this was payable directly to the car company on returning the car
