“good but disappointing!”

We ordered a hoppa transfer for our holiday in Malta.
When we arrived at Malta airport, the taxi driver was waiting in arrivals with my name on the board and the transfer couldn't have been better! definitely worth the money!
however.. when waiting for our transfer on the way back to the airport it was 15 minutes late in turning up to our hotel. We paid for a private transfer but a shared transfer turned up in which we had to do 4 further stops.
We were highly disappointed in paying for something we didn't receive and having to sit in a very stuffy and packed minivan.
Unfortunately we would probably not use them again as it is not reliable and trustworthy.
