We all (think we) know that Internet Flight/Travel sites are impersonal.
This does not apply to Fareboom. My bank stuffed up on their end however Fareboom called me to confirm flights were valid and then proceeded to wait on hold with me for ten minutes while my bank still couldn't do their job and ended up disconnecting our call. After all of that theĀ Verification Agent proactively re-attempted to process the payments and followed up with both an email and text message to confirm the booking was done. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
