Good Points
Gas & Electric generally competitive but not the cheapest.

Bad Points
Mobile Phone - £20 charge for your PAC if you wish to transfer to another provider.

General Comments
There is a charge for the mobile phone, you can find it in their terms & conditions. But I didn't get them until after I had applied for the service.
