“do not give refunds still wateing after 3weeks”

this is the email i got of them This is what I got 5mins after payment. " Dear Customer, Unfortunately on this occasion we have been unable to generate an unlock code for your mobile device, your network provder refused the unlock. We do apologise for this and suggest you make direct contact with your network provider and request that they release the hold on the IMEI. We will of course issue you with a refund, this can take up to 7 days to show in your account. Once again thanks for using Unlock A mobile. Regards… still wateing after 3weeks and sent 2 emails and had no replay dont seem to have a phone number to call
