This was not an emergency as I was on my drive unable to start the car. However after this (my first) experience of using your breakdown service, I will now feel safe wherever I am driving knowing how effective this service is and how well looked after your customers are - from staff answering phone and logging call (I love that the first question is: 'are you safe'), to garage who came out to the call and rang my house phone to check I was OK because I was not in when they arrived. (I had to get a lift to an urgent appointment and because they responded so quickly my husband had not returned home)! They were competent, polite and very friendly - thank you ERS Recovery and Gem. Thank you.
