“Worst Service ever”

I had a phone to be delivered on Friday, I had someone stay at home (in the front room by the door!) for the allotted time at 1.30 had a message saying an attempted delivery had been made and a card left, which it had not! and hour later a note was put through the door, rearrange or pick up from a place an hours drive away. only way of getting in touch with customer services is by email with no response within 5 days. absolutely useless service, will never let them deliver anything for me again.
