“Very Impressed”

Our cat came down with a mystery illness which naturally caused great concern. We were forced to take her to the vet on numerous occasions which was of course very stressful for her & us. Equally, the process was very expensive. I was extremely impressed with how efficient & 'painless' the claims process was. Animal Friends were very organised & their staff were very nice. The claim was settled & thankfully our cat has recovered.
