Car with more than 110.000 km and scratches all over. When returning the car, they charge us 363€ for a scratch that was already there (have photo). When explaining, the girl said "I don´t care. If you don´t want to pay, I will just charge it to your card when you are on the plane"
They have cheap prices because they make their money on excessive charges on extra insurances. And if you don´t pay for they extra insurance (in our case 126€ for 7 days) they charge you for damages that they insist weren´t there before. Total rip-off and horrible service. Antonio Jimenez del Paso should show his face and explain if this is the kind of business Spain should be known for.
