“straight forward”

I called to renew my insurance and discuss the price of the renewal as I had cheaper quotes from another search.
By changing a few elements (ie basic legal versus a more expensive one, and changing the value of my car and the number of miles done per year) the gentleman managed to lower the premium of around £40 which was more in line with the other quotes I had received and hence I decided to stay with one call although it was still slightly more expensive.
