Ok so when you visit a Wren showroom everything looks professional and service is very good, you then decide on a kitchen and they explain if you have it fitted by Wren it will carry a 5 year warranty for your piece of mind. Sounds great, so we bought a fitted kitchen and that's where all the problems begin. A fitter is allocated to you and yes a fitter did come round, he said everything was fine and a possible £200 - £300 surcharge was necessary with the install of which an electrician would call very soon to verify. So after a week I get a phone call from an electrician who makes an appointment with me but does not turn up instead he calls and says he is stuck in traffic and can we re-arrange of which I am happy to do so, then the 2nd appointment day comes and no one turns up, so I ring and ask why he didn't turn up, the fitter then says he can not do my install anymore, why? Too busy so then a whole week of chasing with no less than 15 phone calls to Wren, eventually another fitter visits and warns me in order to cover the other fitters job he has to make it worth his while, so now over a £1000 of extra work gets quoted including stuff that was supposed to be fitted in the original price. Again lots of phone calls are made and still no answer, in come excuses of phone lines going down and emails sent of which none have been received, totally shambolic, I am now looking to cancel. I will not even go into how design was messed up !
