When you rent a car always make sure you rent directly from that company and NOT through 3rd party online sites which show a lot of different companies and rental offers. Read the small print and ALWAYS make sure you have full coverage like this instance Drivalia offers with their Utimate offer. If you follow above guidelines you won't get any surprise fees , large reservations on your card or what you experience as extra fees because the third party site did not tell you in order to ensure you made a booking through them. I see a lot of complaint reviews below and it's obvious that they did not rent directly or read the fine print. I used Drivalia for 10 days on Mallorca I got good service I even had damage to my rental car and that was fully covered by my ultimate rental agreement. I would Drivalia again.
