“Replying re email regarding latest claim”

I am not impressed with the service I received from Pet Plan. I had to wait a long time for this to be settled and I had to ring them to get it sorted, even so there was an obvious error, I had 3 lots of identical medicine to claim for going back to March. One of the items was listed as food despite the fact that the item was identical in price to the other two, when I rang again it was blamed on our vet who I had to ring myself as they refused to do so, the vet had a copy of what they had sent and confirmed they had supplied the correct information and would be contacting Pet Plan. I have 3 pets all insured with them paying around £100. 00 a month. I have been with them for many years and found this time the service was unacceptable
