Do not rent from this company under any circumstance. Completely unethical, terrible business (they lie), zero customer service. I rented an estate car; we had a lot of luggage. I was offered a Mini! They try to up sale me, for double the price to an estate car! I have sent in several complaints. The first one stated, I would have to address the car rental company, even though I had a contract with Atlas Choice. Since then my complaints have been ignored. As a result of not getting the car we booked, we had to leave luggage behind in the UK, nice. There is a special place for these types of people; I hope they find it sooner, then later.
