“Nightmare!!!”

Delivery due between 8am & 10am finally arrived at 11.30am making me late for work. Pot of coleslaw bust and several items ruined. Meat packed with soap powder and substitutes no where near original item type so useless to me. Large order cost me £175 so I rang their published Customer Care service number which turned out to be a call centre in Manilla. They just totally fob you off and I had to call four times and insist to speak with a Manager before they took my complaint seriously. I was then offered just £15 compensation which I told them I did not feel was enough so I told them to come and collect the order as I wished to return everything and get my money back. They said they would contact the depot which brought the items to our area and request a collection. This was on the Wednesday and by the Friday it still had not been collected! of course all the fresh stuff was now stale and the frozen stuff had melted leaving a right mess on my garage floor. I rang the Leeds warehouse direct as was getting nowhere with the Manilla gang but spoke to a really disgruntled Manager was just frustrated I was bothering him with it. I'm still sat here four days later having just been to Morrisons to replace all the ruined things. ASDA still haven't come back to me and are unlikely to so I will never shop there again and advise anyone else not to either. Massive organisation who care nothing for their customers.
