“Worst trains ever!”

This has got to be the worst train operating company ever! Overpriced, dirty, bad customer service, uncomfortable, terrible internet connection, poor facilities, etc. This company operates on maximum exploitation of passengers as they are the only ones who offer direct x-country routes along the largest distances. Be prepared to be ripped off when using. Considering the demand for this service you would think they would up their game but the current standard shows what sort of company they are! disgusting!
