I ordered my original phone but wasn't happy about sending my personal details for verification. I sent e-mails and said about this and stated that I would cancel if they did not reply. Next I had an e-mail saying the order had passed security checks. One day later no e-mail to say the phone was on it's way. When I tracked the order they had cancelled without telling me! I phoned up and spoke to and adviser who said the checks were legit.
I decided to trust them and so sent my details. Then I had an e-mail saying they were waiting for stock even though it reads that they send in 1-2 days. Now the phone is on its way, they are sending me the wrong colour. I ordered gold and not black!
Customer service is rubbish. They don't get back to your queries, I had to phone at one point. Not pleased I'm getting a black phone, but it's on it's way now and I'm desperate for a phone. :(
